It is time for a change, after 3 years in my current role. I’ve achieved great things in that role, and I am very proud of them (excuse my lack of modesty, but the recent Unlimited Human Potential M-Prize win and setting up the Coaching Network are just two examples). But now, it’s time to look for the role I REALLY want, where I can serve the world in a very unique way.
So how can you help?
1) You can take a look at what I am looking for, below.
2) If you are in a position to create a role like this, to meet the business needs, get in touch and we’ll talk.
3) If you do not have that level of power, but know someone who does, who might be interested, forward this blog to them (please).
Let’s see how this experiment works out ![]()

Hi Clare,
I came across your blog and I love it!
As I was reading your blog, I felt like my thoughts were being put into words and yet that is something I do not find easy to do. I believe it takes a lot of courage and self-knowledge to have the ability of expression you have and it is admiring.
I am currently in the process of moving from Buenos Aires to Madrid and as I am looking for a role that I will definitely enjoy and that will best fit my skills. Because of your coaching experience and talent development skills, I thought you would be someone I should definitely reach out to for advice on how I should move forward or tips that might be useful and I should consider when it comes to searching and making a decision.
I can be reached anytime on my personal email at giselafaretta@live.com or gisela.v.faretta@accenture.com.
I am excited at the prospect of hearing from you and thanks in advance for your time.
Kind regards,
Gisela Faretta
I’d be glad to contract with you for some paid coaching to help you with your next steps. Let me know if you would like to discuss that option.
