What delegates say about Clare…
Clare did a great job of embodying her message - she engaged participants throughout, and her live participation in the chat was wonderful. I learned (and unlearned!) some really important things that will definitely help me be a better thinking partner!
Probably the best session of the entire conference as far as providing new insights to better us as coaches. Thank you for the takeaways and for leading exercises that connected us with the thinking that we were doing!
Very useful advice that I can put directly to use to improve the value I provide to my learners. It addresses challenges I'd been struggling with for years: how to get storytellers to understand that it's not important that I understand, so long as they do. This notion of helping them move from known thinking to new thinking is exactly what I needed!
