One-to-one Coaching Supervision

One to one coaching

As coaches, we all feel overwhelmed at times, sometimes due to the work of helping others, sometimes due to the world within which we live.  We tussle with ethical issues around boundaries, confidentiality, conflicts of interest and dual relationships.  We face situations with our clients that we haven’t come across before.  We have self-doubts.

Supervision gives you the space and the time to process all of these and one-to-one supervision allows you to go deep and at a pace and cadence that suits you.

My approach to supervision draws on creative tools to access your different intelligences. For example, we make use of movement, the body and visual aids.

I learned that Coaching Supervision could also help me reflect on the business of coaching. After adding 1-2-1 coaching to my leadership development portfolio five years ago, I wanted to reflect on how I could continue to have more impact over time.  Clare helped me discover what got me where I am today, and how I could articulate where my business was distinctive and which audience I could best support.  So, here I go forging ahead with my "less is more" strategy for supporting my clients.

Thank you for today, it was immeasurably useful. I left feeling calm, focused and able to move forward having entered the session completely overwhelmed and feeling hopeless.  So I am back to being the best me by just taking the time to talk and reflect – a powerful lesson in itself!

Your outlook and standpoint really resonate with me and I feel lucky to have come across you and be in a position to learn from you. The work we did together in 2019 has been valuable and definitely helped me grow.

Working with Clare has been my first experience of supervision, both 121 and in a group and to date I've been very happy with it. The group work facilitates being able to consider a variety of situations from alternative and diverse angles, which has been incredibly useful. In some sessions, I take away more reflecting on the topics that others have brought to the table that day rather than what I did. I am more at ease with my coaching style and second-guessing myself less.

Supervision with Clare felt mostly restorative — time slowed down, and I felt centred and grounded again as a coach. It has reinforced the importance of trusting the coaching process more fully, to stay with not knowing rather than rushing to fix. I’ve also appreciated seeing and experiencing a variety of creative modalities — drawing, embodied movement, and somatic awareness.

One-to-one Coaching Supervision

Your investment (whichever is higher)

Your average hourly coaching rate, or...

£195 + VAT per hour session if you pay for a bundle of four or more (so £780 + VAT for four sessions).
£200 + VAT per hour session, if you choose to pay-as-you-go.

Organisationally funded bookings are subject to an additional admin charge of £200 per booking.

Several of the coaching bodies require that you ask your supervisor to confirm your attendance at supervision and some ask for more detail.  I will gladly complete this paperwork for you, but for anything more than 15 minutes, there will be a pro-rata charge, of £170 + VAT per hour.  These forms often ask for detail that takes some thinking about and checking of details and can take longer than you might imagine.
