It takes two to tango, so they say.
It also takes two to have great conversations.
People with conversation gaps are 280% more likely to say they intend to leave an organization.
So maybe Two-Day is the day to schedule a 1-1 conversation with your supervisee or your career counselee to address their conversation gaps.
And remember… YOU’RE a supervisee and a counselee too! If you have a conversation gap that you want to discuss, schedule a conversation with yoursupervisor or career counsellor. That’s what they are there for.
