Clare’s book, Mentor Coaching: A Practical Guide is a work of passion by Clare and according to Fran Fisher MCC, “makes a significant contribution to the conscious evolution of the coaching profession. Clare Norman offers a new paradigm for coach mentoring and for the continuous personal and professional development of the coach”.

Clare’s second book, The Transformational Coach: Free Your Thinking and Break Through to Coaching Mastery published in September 2022, is the by-product of all of the observations she has made in mentor coaching and coaching over the years about the marginal gains that can be made by unlearning mindsets that get in the way of great coaching and replacing them with more useful mindsets. Mindsets need to change before skill sets can become habits.

Clare achieved her Master Certified Coach (MCC) credential in early 2023. She is humbled by the developmental process, while her own coaching simultaneously goes from strength to strength.
