I am on a mission to change the way that coaches use mentor coaching, such that it becomes woven into the fabric of our continuous professional development. Whether you are aligned with the International Coaching Federation (ICF) – which requires mentor coaching for credentialing purposes – or one of the other coaching bodies, I recommend 3 or 4 hours of mentor coaching per year, to enable you to receive good quality feedback to re-sharpen your coaching edge.

Who are these materials for?

You may already be a coaching supervisor wanting to add mentor coaching to your offerings.  Or you may be a coach, wishing to enable other coaches to develop their competencies.  If you are planning on offering mentor coaching for ICF credentialing purposes, you must be credentialed yourself; I suggest that if you are aligned with a different coaching body, you follow the same guideline of being credentialed through your own coaching body.

If you have read my book, Mentor Coaching: A Practical Guide, you will know that this “Vault” contains templates that you can download and edit for your own use as a mentor coach.  If you attend my training sessions for mentor coaches, these materials are all included.
