I got lots of feedback from our internal people about the conversation starters app. I’ve sifted through all the great feedback and have updated the picture. I’d like to share that again so you can see the next iteration. One thing to bear in mind is that these are just the titles of the conversations, and there will be more underneath each one. In particular, I will be building in more on what a person wants to do with their long-term career, so that a supervisor can consider that as they work out what to delegate to the person. And I heard the element about strengths and motivators loud and clear, so there is a new conversation for that; as well as a new conversation about how well the supervisor is doing.
The other thing you’ll see is that I have now got a strand for 1-1 conversations, and another for whole team conversations. So we’ll add those in too.
Once again, feel free to offer more suggestions. I’ll be shopping this around with other stakeholders next week.
