Our third coaching success story this week is from Mark.
Mark writes:
I currently support all of the Management Consulting courses that are held in St. Charles. Recently we had a 4 week stretch of multiple sessions running at the Q center and at our Kuala Lumpur training center. During some of this time I was on vacation so I needed to really work with the Learning Coaches who were supporting these sessions to make sure they had all of the information that they needed to successfully support the sessions.
I think that one of the lessons that I have taken away from all of this coaching was that once I coach…I need to get out of the way. The team that I lead and work with is very experienced and they have supported these schools many times over so it was not my job to tell them how to do theirs, it was my job to let them do theirs and be there to support.
I am very pleased to say that the team did a splendid job, not surprising, and they all have been recognized several times by our Delivery Lead for the results they helped deliver.
