Mastery with Soul Retreat

mos

This retreat is for experienced coaches, looking to bring some soul into their coaching, in a masterful way.

How people arrived

Frazzled, tired, and overwhelmed by the busyness of their work and home lives.  Ready for some time away from the business, to recharge and recalibrate.

What we did

Time to pause, through a blend of:

  • spaciousness
  • soulfulness (yoga, sound bathing, forest bathing, walking the labyrinth)
  • the chance to reflect masterfully: slowly, mindfully, without rushing
  • nurturing mind, body and soul. The food, the drink, the surroundings, the activities – or lack of them, the bath time, the nap time, the slow time, the nature, the fresh air…
  • tapping into all our senses
  • stepping away from daily life and into something very precious; the chance to stop the to-do list, pressing pause
  • the luxurious, enriching location which was so very special for so many reasons
  • the little unexpected surprises that we incorporated.
  • alone time and together time; time with the animals (pigs, goats, chickens).

How people left

Refreshed, ready to step back into life and work with renewed vigour.

A step or two towards being more soulfully masterful, with a commitment to incorporate more reflective practice into their weeks.

With warm memories of this time and the new set of supportive colleagues with whom they had bonded.

Testimonials

Brilliant!  I had no idea what to expect as I’d never done anything like this before – it was fabulous.  The location was wonderful, really well chosen.  The links with creativity and nature were particularly powerful.  As was the sound bathing on the first evening – a great way to slide into the retreat!  The hosts’ dedication to my needs and experience was spot on, especially the ‘container’ they created that made it safe (for us to be vulnerable).

Joanna Hooper, Mastery with Soul Retreatant, 2023

The experience was excellent; thought provoking, restful, fun, relaxing, and challenging.  The care and thought that Clare and Anna had clearly put into all aspects.  It felt very generous.  The great contracting at joining and ending created great safety.  I liked the choice element, that nothing was compulsory; it was great that most people co-created each activity as there was learning from each other.
