Did you get a chance to watch the coaching session with Kelly or James to experience coaching in action? Well here’s another example of coaching in action, this time with Lindsey. This session was all about Lindsey’s new business, and one aspect of building that business. Even though I’ve built a business myself, you’ll notice that I don’t give the benefit of my experience. This is not mentoring, but coaching, and Lindsey knows her situation, her context, her strengths so much better than I do; any advice I might give to her may be misplaced as what worked for me may not work for her. This is all about her discovering her own path.
